Happy SuperBowl/Groundhog Day/Puppy Bowl!

Maddie, our own Puppy Bowl star!
Happy Super Bowl Sunday! Regardless of today's outcome (let's go Broncs!) I want to share with you all what I think was one of the best parts of SB48 being in the NYC area...ladies and gentlemen the Puppy Bowl Experience at DiscoveryTimes Square.
The Puppy Bowl Experience!
Yes, I braved the waves of humanity, who all seemingly lose the function to walk properly, and hit up Times Square after work Thursday with my two amigas, S & C. The Puppy Bowl Experience consisted of a floor of fun games such as a frisbee toss, kissing booth, a "call the play" chance and many more! Next there was a dog-tag making area to which I happily got my roommate's little pup Maddie a tag made AND a puppy bowl hall of fame.

The best part of the experience, however, was the bowl itself! Discovery Channel had recreated the Puppy Bowl field and had a bunch of adoptable and adorable puppies playing throughout the day. It was beyond cute and really lifted my spirits! We spent a solid hour watching the puppies play and were most amused by the fact that the puppies would rather attempt to tear up the "AstroTurf" than play with the toys! It was all for a great cause (and stealthy marketing of course) to promote the ASPCA as well!
THE BOWL
So what does the Puppy Bowl Experience have to do with food, you ask? Well, coincidentally there's a new DC Cupackes cafe that's opened up once you complete the exhibit!! BOOM. This fact alone will make me want to try another exhibit at Discovery Times Square in the future!!

Someone took a personal TO
If you were luckly enough to stop by the Puppy Bowl this week in NYC, what did you think? How did you find the Super Bowl alley festivities? And finally, what's your favorite SB food? Me? I love some Wegmans Wing Dip! Oh and cupcakes of course!!
The icing on the Puppy Bowl: DC Cupcakes!
