Happy Easter!

Wishing everyone a very happy Easter! So delighted that the warm spring weather has finally arrived! 

Below are some snaps of how I celebrated with family and food this Easter. Tomorrow I'll be sharing a pleasantly rich recipe for potatos au gratin. This is also gluten-free and my first attempt at this French classic. Stay tuned & hope you enjoy!
